Business Challenge:
The development of a comprehensive Cybercrime Bill for Trinidad and Tobago presented significant challenges due to the rapidly evolving nature of technology and the need to balance the protection of individual rights with the prevention and detection of cybercrime. In this regard, as legal counsel in the Office of the Attorney General, the Attorney General requested technocrat experience in the drafting of the Cybercrime Bill.
